Simon Consultancy have advised in the acquisition of sites for Housing development including but not only limited to the funding of New Developments built by experienced developers for the Council. We have worked on a number of different Development projects including the Sale of sites negotiating with developers on heads of terms and legal documents including the provision of overage.
