Simon Consultancy provides property advice in relation to the acquisition of development sites with a focus on Local Government requirements. We have recently provided advice on acquiring substantial housing sites. These included development agreements for a development partner to provide Housing and cleared sites. We also provided advice on the acquisition of NHS sites for Council services.
